Each month we have a regular monthly gathering (MG) and usually a dinner out together (Meet & Eat). The executive committee (ExComm) meets every month. Members are also welcome at those meetings. There are even sometimes more activities in any given month. M-Tides is our monthly newsletter (snailmail and/or email, your choice).
The most current calendar information is always posted on this site (see the "Calendar" button, upper right). The newsletter Events list, usually on Page 7, is for members only because it has members' personal contact information. Please see "Web Access," elsewhere on this page, for password information.
Unless specified otherwise, guests of Mensans (spouses, significant others, family members, or just friends!) all are welcome at all of our meetings and activities. As mentioned above, prospective members also are welcome.
Note: Event photos are in the "Cool Stuff" section under the "Links" dropdown (see upper right on any page).

Why / What
Our group's ExComm ('executive committee', or board) usually meets monthly in person, and any Mensan is welcome to attend. However, the ExComm sometimes holds meetings electronically (via Skype). Our website calendar always has current information on where/how the meeting will be held in any given month.
How to (and who should) participate
Above is a link to a secure (the same protection as page 7 of the online M-Tides; you will be prompted for an id/password) web page with a generic Skype link to ExComm conference calls. We don't want to keep Mensans out, but we are not inviting anyone else; please do not disclose this link to others.
Access to members-only areas of this and the Mensa National web sites is available only by individual membership email and password. If you need information on how to get a password, please click here for the login page and click on "Forgot your password?" or to send email to people who can help.
The Mensa Foundation Scholarship Program awards more than $140,000 in assistance every year to college-bound students around the globe. Scholarships are awarded based solely on 550-word essays expressing applicants' academic and professional goals and how their personal experiences will help them to accomplish those goals.
The program is open to those who will be enrolled for the following academic year in an accredited U.S. college or university. Some scholarships are only available to members of Mensa and their dependents.
